H S Shivaprakash, driving Kannada writer and dramatist, was given the Kusumagraj National Honor for writing - a desired honor founded by the Yashvwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open College (YCMOU). He was additionally named the college's Kusumagraj seat at the introduction service hung on Tuesday. 

 

Noted scholarly pundit Akshay Kumar Kale gave the national-level artistic honor on Shivaprakash. The honor comprises of Rs 1 lakh money, a reference, and a token.

Kale mourned that quality Marathi writing has not been converted into Kannada.
